Shipping
All items will be shipped either UPS or USPS.  Most of the time shipping will cost between 10.00 and 13.95.  We usually do our best to find the least expensive shipping rate to get you your item.  Occasionally, especially for the quilts and wooden items, shipping will be more.  If shipping is more than our standard rate we will call you to discuss the price with you before shipping.   If you would like extra insurance or protection please feel free to contact us at custserv@woodloft.com and we would be more than happy to place extra coverage on items before shipping.

Items will only be shipped to addresses in the continental United States.  For orders that will be shipped to other countries please contact us at 217-543-2766 to discuss shipping options and prices.  If orders are placed from outside of the United States or with shipping addresses that are outside of the United States, The Woodloft reserves the right to cancel the order with no notice.

Returns
Returns will be accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect shipping for all products (unless otherwise noted on product page) within 14 days of RECEIVING the shipment. Returns will not be accepted on open DVD's or CD's. 

You MUST contact The Woodloft before sending any returns.  Any returned items received by The Woodloft without contact being made first will be rejected and sent back to the shipper.  All items returned to The Woodloft will be charged a 25% restocking fee and the remaining balance will be either refunded as cash or store credit at the descretion of The Woodloft.  Shipping fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded as cash or credit.
