Pickup or Delivery

We are located in East Central Illinois just off Interstate 57 less than a 3 hour drive from North Chicago, St Louis, and Indianapolis. Many of our customers elect to pick up their furniture with a pickup or borrowed small trailer. This is the most economical method. If you choose to pick up, just remember to bring plenty of padding. Blankets, old quilts, whatever. You can't bring too many. We will help you load and pack of course, just arrange for help on the home front.

We can help arrange delivery through a third party delivery service.  We work with multiple funiture haulers throughout the nation allowing us to pick the most economical and efficient hauler.  They will even help bring it into your home and set it up.  Usually the only requirement is that someone is at the house to help the deliveryman bring the item into the home.  If there is no one there to help unload and setup then usually a fee in added on for a second person.

Job completion/delivery scheduling is a bit of an inexact science since your items will be Amish custom made and not just pulled from stock somewhere. We can give you an expected completion date when you place your order, but please remember that with the Amish builders that we deal with, other factors such as family, neighbors, and church things do come first and sometimes alter our schedules. We won't call you to schedule delivery until we have your items in hand and have checked them over. We try to get it right the first time.

The Woodloft and Villa Amish Custom Furniture is proud to offer the ability to have your furniture delivered anywhere in the country.  There are two types of cross country delivery available.  The first is door to door tailgate delivery.  The delivery company will bring the items to your house.  At that point the customer will be responsible for loading the pieces into their home.  We also can arrange white glove delivery.  The items will be delivered to your home, loaded into your house, unboxed, and all packing materials removed from your house. 

 Also we strive to provide the best price in both the furniture price and the delivery price.  While many sites just mark up their furniture a huge amount, allowing them to "offer" low price shipping while in reality not only getting shipping money from you but getting more profit since the first piece you buy actually pays for the shipping and each additional piece just pads their pockets.  We give you acutal shipping prices passing on the overall savings to the customer.
