The Arthur area and the Arthur Amish in particular are famous for quilting excellence.

We have hundreds of locally sewn and quilted quilts in a rainbow of colors on display in our store in downtown Arthur. Hand stitched, appliquéd, and with hours of hand quilting, these Arthur area quilts are treasures. Many of these hand stitched beauties are registered with the Illinois Quilt Research Project of the Illinois Quilters Association, ensuring that their origin is documented and that they will increase in value as time goes by.

Many of our local quilters also offer their services to you if you have blocks or tops that you wish to have finished. Contact us for information on these services.
